He tastes his dozens and dozens of beautifully-kept cheeses every day and pairs them perfectly with one of 130 wines, so that you, the client, can benefit from his great expertise. The restaurant is a relaxed and buzzing affair, with wooden tables and chairs, a constantly-changing display of art and photographs, and musical, poetic and theatrical soirees. Diners may also purchase and take home to enjoy at leisure all the cheese and wines available in the restaurant. The Discovery Plate is an extravagant gastronomical cheese feast, giving diners the opportunity to sample up to 12 different flavours originating from 12 regions of France.
